We know how important a reliable lift is to your business, your staff members, your customers and your residents, so our customer helpdesk is available to deal with emergencies or breakdowns, 24 hours a day (standard callout fee applies for non contract customers). We are fortunate enough to have lift engineer’s on board with extensive knowledge of all lifts who will fault find and rectify the issue within the shortest timeframe practicable therefore keeping your costs to a minimum. Should passenger entrapment take place L.E.I.C will give priority to achieving the quickest possible response time. All engineer's have received training in the L.E.I.C policy for safe working in respect of their safety and that of others.
Please Note: In the event of a lift breakdown only a suitably trained and authorised person should attempt to either release trapped passengers or attempt to return a broken-down lift to service.
